Asante Kahari is the first person in United States history ever convicted of a crime by information submitted in a book. The book is a work of fiction but considered a work of non-fiction by the prosecuting district Attorney. If their ever was a mis-carriage of Justice in the System this is one of them. The case was heard and tried by a Jury that didnt even understand the charges bought against him yet they found him Guilty. Truly a sad period in the history of Jurisprudence
